INSIDE THE STUDIO 



We are pleased to bring you inside our production studio. The following photos were taken during production of Woodruff - Classic Teddy:


(Photo above) A pile of sewn Woodruff's ready for stuffing


(Photo above) Each bear is skillfully packed with 100% cotton stuffing


(Photo above) The snouts are carefully shaved and contoured


(Photo above) Each nose is hand embroidered


(Photo above) After sewing, each gumdrop is hand stuffed and closed


(Photo above) Following molding and airbrushing, adhesive is applied


(Photo above) The gumdrops receive their faux-sugar coating


(Photo above) Voila! - a realistic all-felt gumdrop!


(Photo above) Each Woodruff will contain five different color gumdrops


(Photo above) Woodruff's pure silk ribbon is pre-tied in a bow


(Photo above) A tray of completed bears await final inspection


(Photo above) Finished Woodruff's are taken down to shipping
