The newest addition to items from our 2013 "Four Seasons" Convention are a trio of enchanting children dolls. The group was introduced during an exclusive ticketed luncheon event titled "Autumn Leaves."
Each of the dolls measure a diminutive 81/2 inches tall and are fully jointed with the RJW ball & socket system with internal wood mechanism. The sweet faces are delicately hand painted and each doll features a wig of the finest mohair. The tiny expressive hands have individually-sewn fingers and molded details.
Based on the famed Vermont dance troupe, "Fall Fooleries" (shown in the photo below) these darling children are costumed as resplendant autumn leaves! The girls representing the "Elm" and "Maple" leaves wear leotards and tights fashioned of silk jersey and the boy - dressed as the handsome "Oak" leaf - has trousers sewn into his costume. The removeable costumes are artistically painted with fine detailed veining and brilliant coloration.
Each of the Autumn Leaves come beautifully packaged in a deluxe RJW presentation box with a certificate of authenticity and the forms for owner registration. The Artist Proof numbers are matched.
